二、现货评述
8月30日，Cotlook A指数75.30美分/磅,跌75点。进口棉价格指数（FC Index）SM报85.56美分，跌59点；M报79.80美分，跌35点；SLM报77.10美分，跌62点。
隔夜ICE期棉价格回落，周五国际现货成交平淡。无近期装运需求的企业以观望为主，多方关注中国目标价格政策，印度企业关门休假。
三、各国动态
28日由于信德省棉区有雨，巴基斯坦籽棉稀缺，轧花厂供应紧张，现货报价不变。
7月土耳其进口皮棉6.10万吨，较6月减少，其中有美棉3.6万吨；2013/14年土耳其皮棉进口总量达92.20万吨，其中有美棉44.39万吨。
至28日印度全国降雨总量较长期平均减少18%，中部地区减少16%，古吉拉特邦减少33%。
8月20日至8月26日，CCC（美国商品信贷公司）中赎出陆地棉89.18万吨，皮马棉6.5万吨。2014/15年度放入陆地棉0.52万吨，赎出 0.2万吨，没有皮马棉放入。至8月26日，CCC（美国商品信贷公司）总库存为1.71万吨，较8月19日增0.06万吨。
